As a South African native now based in Norwich, England, my professional journey spans diverse industries and roles. From Forestry to Sports Science and Physiotherapy, and now as an experienced Operations Manager, I've consistently found myself stepping into leadership positions shortly after joining new organizations.

This trajectory isn't accidental but rather a testament to the incredible mentors who shaped my leadership style. My father taught me to see the potential in everyone. Derek Howe instilled the importance of working smart and critically evaluating processes for improvement. Mark Nel fostered my love for learning and challenged me to think independently, while Brian Good demonstrated the profound impact of making others feel valued and delivering feedback constructively.

Today, I bring a wealth of experience in managing high-performing teams, implementing strategic change, and creating mission-driven workplace cultures. My roles have ranged from digitizing operations to streamlining workflows and fostering cross-functional collaboration, all while driving operational excellence. My MSc in Innovation, Leadership, and Management from the University of York underpins my commitment to forward-thinking, impactful leadership.
